By accessing or using the website https://silvaproduction.net/ (the “Site”), and placing an order for products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase products.

We design, manufacture and sell women’s fashion clothing, accessories, shoes, bags and jewelry under the brand name “Silva Collection”. We operate primarily online, serving customers in the United States and internationally.

4.2 Order Acceptance. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason including pricing errors, stock unavailability, fraud, or regulatory issues. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment refunded.
4.3 Pricing & Payments. Prices displayed are in USD (unless otherwise indicated). We accept payment via the methods listed on the Site. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the amount of the order plus applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms for domestic and international orders will be posted in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees for international shipments.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy posted on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t comply with that policy.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento, California.

13. International Use / Export
If you are accessing or ordering from the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws and regulations. We make no representation the Site or products comply with laws outside the U.S.
We may limit or refuse orders from countries we do not ship to.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms — together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy — constitute the entire agreement between you and Silva Production, LLC regarding the Site and our products, replacing any prior agreements.
